What Is Reality?
Reality as it is, is fake.
Reality, of what it is understood as is not real. It is just a mask put up by the human mind to block something out.
And when reality loses enough parts to be reality, the mind awakens, and people can enter the Outside, a place where physics die and creatures and places prowl. Most never notice the doorways, but those who do often never come back out
Distance forgets itself, physics become suggestion, it's odd, yet peaceful in some parts, then deadly in others. Be careful with what you hear,
Away from reality from what we know, but not forming its own separate existence. Forming the truth instead.
READER'S BRIEF
What this is: This project is a new and fresh take on horror, Writers— known as Witnesses — can write down various entries on the pages — known as logs. You may explore and read whatever you so like, but please do not edit anything without permission, or the filekeepers will have to decide upon thy fate…
Becoming a writer & tone: You may become a Witness at any time, being that you may write and attempt to upload something at any time— though it must face approval, but this is currently not a very long process. And though contradictions may seem shoddy and/or jarring, know that every Witness is only human and cannot possibly know everything there is to know, so please do be respectful, nice, and understanding.
Interpretations: Simply know that there is no "correct" way to view logs or anything of the sort, as this is all creative work, being art, it can be interpreted in various different ways— though if the Witness does say that "X" happened in "Y" fashion, then I would personally recommend agreeing with said Witness
WITNESS'S BRIEF
Role: A Witness's role is to be the storytellers of this project. You are the writers tasked with creating whatever your morbid, macabre hearts and brains desire, loud or quiet horror. Though you must remember that the Readers can see your work as well. You may create whatever you so like, however it must follow the submission requests…
Entries/Logs: A log is any entry created by a writer on this wiki site. It encompasses Creatures, Places, Objects, Et Cetera. It must have— at the minimum, in any order you like: a name, a number, description, discovery, attributes (personality or behavioral), two pieces of misc information, a picture (if possible), traits (strange or anomalous or weird properties, if any. If none then simply replace this with another category).
Field Research: And if you don't want to write an entry, but want to write something In-Universe? Try Field Research
Freedom: As a witness, you have near complete creative freedom over YOUR OWN WORK— as long as it abides by the guidelines.
FILEKEEPER'S BRIEF
The Filekeepers are the Moderators of this site. The general Moderators, anyhow. Their job is to make sure everything adheres to the guidelines and to keep this place from devolving to bedlam.
